Recipe- Red Bell Pepper Coulis

Ingredients

Red Bell Peppers- Prepared (for further details on how to prepare red bell peppers, click on the link) 750 grams

Olive Oil 300 ml

Salt- To taste

Pepper- To taste

Method

Place the prepared red bell peppers in the blender and process. Season, slowly incorporate the olive oil. Adjust the seasoning and consistency.

Use as required.
