Recipe- Red Bell Pepper Coulis
Ingredients

Olive Oil 300 ml
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Method
Place the prepared red bell peppers in the blender and process. Season, slowly incorporate the olive oil. Adjust the seasoning and consistency.
Use as required.
