There are many people – chefs included – who are fond of leaving the tap on even if they don’t really need the water. They are just way too lazy to think of actually turning off the faucet.  They don’t like to bother with turning the tap on when they finally need the water. This is why this piece of advice still needs to be included in a list of indoor water saving tips.
