“No man is an island” how many times have you encountered this citation? Most of the time people are living their lives around those words. Camaraderie may bring the people together. Camaraderie, comradeship or good fellowship is essential to the life of every human.
Camaraderie may be one of the reasons humans reign in the earth. Evidently, more animals are more intense than human. Yet, humans dominate the world. Let say it is our intelligence and not the camaraderie is the reason why we overcome them, but have you ever thought or even thought of a man hanging on a cliff and there is no one to help. Who would ever dare to help, would it not be another human?
Chefs are definitely the leaders of the kitchen but they are first trained. Experience is one of the most important factors to be a successful chef. Most of the time, chefs before becoming chefs, have to be an apprentice. Oftentimes, apprentice think that they are being mistreated but it is actually a way of learning. Camaraderie is learned at the early stage of apprenticeship. This is also the stage to learn humility, improve their inner strength, and even their sense of listening and curiosity. Sometimes, being an apprentice is strange for new learners, for the reason that they are taught not to cook but told to do the dishwashing, buying from the markets and even sharpening the knives. It seems that those errands are not related to cooking, but they are in a way that the apprentice must learn how to observe keenly and accomplish effectively.
Being an apprentice is like being a worker where can be promoted in an instant. A person must know how to be a slave to be a good master, due to the reason that “they who come from the ground then soar will have the advantage of not falling so hard.” Chefs who came from being an apprentice have the highest tendency to be a humble, a responsible and an intelligent cook. Experience will forge them to an amazing being. They are the leaders that can understand the situations of their servants and the teachers that know the limits of their students.
Through some HR related training programs and seminars, chefs are trained on how to speak in public while demonstrating the way he or she cooks. Because the HR believes that – those who do not have the sense of camaraderie will be having a hard time to connect and communicate with their audiences.
Camaraderie is also the ability of finding the comfort in the presence of other people. For those who have the sense of camaraderie, they will encompass confidence and make it easy to speak themselves in the front of other people. Consequently, whenever he or she encounters a question from his or her audience he or she can respond to it immediately and effortlessly.
More so, camaraderie can be a way of practicing how to communicate in a good and effective manner. With this, a person can learn the difference among individuals, simultaneously; the knowledge on how to respond on any kind of approaches can be acquired.
Human resource is frequently referred to as the individuals within a firm. Often times, individuals working together can develop the attachment to each other. The attachment will then be a way for the camaraderie to take place. As it is stated earlier in this article, camaraderie may be one of the reasons human beings reign in this world. Being a chef in a kitchen with servants is like being a part of a whole. From there and then on, chefs can establish camaraderie.
