How to cook a bleu steak

Steak cooking is an art within itself.
Items required- cut of beef (beef- fillet, sirloin, rib eye etc), salt, pepper, vegetable oil, grill range, tongs
Procedure- Select a high quality cut of beef. Allow it to rest in a warm place nearby the grill range. Heat the grill to 180 degrees C. Season the selected cut of beef with oil, salt and pepper; continue to rest the meat allowing the meat to get slightly warm.
Place the meat on the grill, be sure to seal all of the edges first, followed by the presentation side. Allow to cook on that side for a minute and then turn the steak over. Continue the cooking process for a further 30 seconds. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with the relevant garnish and sauce.
