Items required- oysters in shell, newspaper, bricks, storage container

Procedure- Arrange the oysters in a suitable container layered with damp newspaper in between the levels.

Place bricks on top and store in the chiller. Use as required. Refresh the newspaper daily. Remember the oysters are alive.
