Mango and Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
2 each Mango’s- Medium- Seeded, Peeled and Chopped
1 each Pineapple- Cleaned and Chopped
1/2 cup Red Onion- Finely Diced
2 tbsp Coriander- Finely Chopped
2 each Lime- Juice from Both and Zest from 1
1/4 tsp salt
Method
Mix all ingredients together and keep covered in refrigerator. Adjust seasoning, store until required.
