    What exactly are you looking for? Plans, Reporting lines? Menus?

    Suggest you look at hours of operation over service periods, i.e. are you offering Breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper or Overnight shifts?

    Who will be utilising the canteen? Staff, Contractors, what is the philosophy of the Organisations? Is it for all staff GM/ EXCO Included or is it for staff staff?

    Menu should be rotational to an extent. Have found a two week cycle the best options. Very lean and healthy.

    Thanks for the fast reply. The Cantine is a Schoolcantine at a privat School here in Spain. I am looking for healthplan, Guideslines etc. for Schoolcantines….

    about 350-400 pupils, staff and teachers open only for lunch, international from spanish-germans-swiss-russian-latinamericans…
