Chef Joerg, Bangkok, Thailand

I reported a couple of weeks ago via the chef 21 Weekly Wrap e-letter about a chef friend of ours who is battling cancer.

In response to that article many of you offered your support in one way or another.

At this present moment Joerg is still in need of both moral and financial support.

On August 10^th, 2008 there was a birthday party organised for him held at the Paulaner Beer Garden in Bangkok, Thailand. A grand time was had by all that attended.

The event was arranged by Mark Cawley and K. Gina.

On numerous occasions Joerg had to hide his tears of gratefulness and admiration.

Joerg sincerely appreciates all what is being done and given to him. Special mention must go to TCG, Ken of Paulaner, many suppliers and all of the people that joined Joerg on the day.

He was very tired after he left the party, but it was certainly well worth it.

Joerg’s children were so proud of their daddy as well, they said “they never knew before that their daddy had so many friends who loved daddy liked this”. Lily told them, “Daddy is a hero actually, in many ways”.

“Thanks all of you, from the bottom of our hearts.” they were words voiced by Lily, the angel looking over him.

May all the love, friendships and all the merits find you all in good health, happiness, joy and prosperity?

May all this goodness bring you the happiness in life?
