Recipe- Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
Balsamic Vinegar 500 ml
Brown Sugar 50 grams
Method
Place the vinegar into a saucepan with the brown sugar. Bring to the boil over a medium heat, reduce to a simmer and allow to reduce until a syrup like consistency has been obtained.
Remove from saucepan, allow to cool, if the consistency is too thick you can some water or additional balsamic vinegar to achieve the desired consistency.
