Ingredients
Basil Leaf 400 grams
Olive Oil 400 ml
Vegetable Oil 400 ml
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Method
Blanch the picked basil leaf and refresh in iced water. Drain and blend in a robot coupe with the olive oil and vegetable oil. Season.
Allow to infuse, drain and use as required.
