Recipe- Creamy Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
Honey 160 grams
Rice Wine 120 ml
Sesame Oil 20 ml
Fish Sauce 20 ml
Ketjap Manis 20 ml
Lime- In juice 200 grams
Black Sesame Seeds 20 grams
Pickled Ginger- Cut Julienne 120 grams
Mayonnaise 50 ml
Method
Place mayonnaise, honey and pickled ginger into the electric blender. Blitz, add the rice wine, fish sauce, ketjap manis and lime juice. Continue to blend.
Place the dressing into a bowl and add the sesame seeds. Mix well, place in a sealable container and refrigerate accordingly.
