Recipe- Garlic Crushed Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes 1000 grams
Garlic Cloves- Roasted 60 grams
Butter 60 grams
Cream 150 ml
Olive Oil 20 ml
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Method
Cut the potatoes into 2cm sections. Place in a pot; cover them with cold water, lightly salt.
Place on the stove and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
When cooked, drain the water, place the pot back onto a low flame to dry the remaining water.
Add the butter, cream and roasted garlic. Finish with the olive oil and season accordingly.
