Recipe- Mango Dressing

Ingredients
Mango Puree 200 grams
Dijon Mustard 30 grams
Egg 1 each
Honey 30 grams
Balsamic Vinegar 200 ml
Lemon- In Juice 200 grams
Olive Oil 600 ml
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Method
Place egg, lemon juice, mustard honey, mango puree and vinegar in a blender.
Blend to incorporate. Slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream.
Season with salt and pepper. Use as required.
