Recipe- Marinated Buffalo Mozzarella

Buffalo Mozzarella 1000 grams
Olive Oil 300 ml
Garlic- Cloves 30 grams
Basil Stalk 30 grams
Black Peppercorns 5 grams
Method
Peel and smash the garlic cloves. Place the garlic, basil stalk, black peppercorns and olive oil into a bowl. Mix well.
Pour an amount of the oil solution into a bowl, add the mozzarella and pour in the remainder of the oil. Ensure that the mozzarella is coated in the oil.
Place in a sealable container and refrigerate accordingly. Turn the mozzarella occasionally. Allow to marinate for 24 hours prior to use.
Use as required.
