Recipe- Marinated Mozzarella

Ingredients
Buffalo Mozzarella 500 grams
Olive Oil 300 ml
Garlic- Cloves 20 grams
Basil Stalk 20 grams
Black Peppercorns- 2 grams
Method
Drain the water from the buffalo mozzarella. Peel the garlic cloves and smash them slightly.
Mix the olive oil with the garlic cloves, basil stalks and black peppercorns.
Add the drained mozzarella to the marinating solution. Mix well, put into a sealable container and store under refrigeration. Allow to marinate for 24 hours prior to use.
Use as required.
