Recipe- Paprika Croutons

Ingredients
White Bread 400 grams
Butter 100 grams
Paprika 7 grams
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Method
Remove the crust from the bread and cut into 5mm cubes. Heat butter in a fry pan with the paprika. Mix, and stir occasionally, when the butter becomes slightly frothy add the cubed bread, toss to ensure that the bread cubes are soaked with the butter, add salt and pepper, continue to cook on a low heat until the cubes become crispy, using a slotted spoon remove the bread from the fry pan and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper to remove the excess fat. Place under a heat lamp and allow them to dry.
