Recipe- Semi Dried Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
Cherry Tomato Red 1000 grams
Olive Oil 150 ml
Thyme 50 grams
Garlic 50 grams
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees C. Place the thyme onto a baking tray. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them cut side up, on the tray. Sprinkle the slice garlic on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
Cook in the oven for 40- 60 minutes depending on the ripeness of the tomatoes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Use as required.
