Recipe- Semi Dried Olives

Ingredients
Black Olives 600 grams
Thyme 25 grams
Garlic- Cloves 25 grams
Olive Oil 50 ml
Pepper from the Mill
Method
Pre heat the oven to 110 degrees C. Drain the olives and remove the stones. Place on an olive brushed tray. Cut the thyme into small sections and slice the garlic cloves. Sprinkle the prepared thyme and garlic on top of the olives, drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Finish with a couple of grinds of black pepper. Place in the pre heated oven, cook for 30- 40 minutes, or until they are semi dried.
Use as required.
