Recipe- Sherry Dressing

Ingredients
Sherry Vinegar   350 ml
Dijon Mustard 10 grams
Olive Oil 350 ml
Grapeseed Oil 350 ml
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Method
Assemble all ingredients, mix the sherry vinegar with the Dijon mustard, slowly incorporate the oils and season to taste.
