Recipe- Strawberry Coulis

Ingredients
Strawberry 200 grams
White Sugar 80 grams
Lemon- In Juice 40 grams
Water 80 ml
Method
Place all ingredients into a saucepan, slowly bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat.
Cool on an ice bath, puree, strain, use as required.
