Recipe- Vanilla Bean Dressing

Ingredients
Vanilla Pod- 4 piece 20 grams
Lemon- in Juice- 4 piece 400 grams
Olive Oil 800 ml
Salt
Method
Split the vanilla pods and place in a saucepan with the olive oil. Slowly raise the temperature to allow the vanilla to infuse.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Scrap the vanilla beans, add the lemon juice.
Season and use as required.
