Search engines are such mysterious beasts. We never know what we can find in the World Wide Web using our favorite search engine. May it be human powered search or giant algorithm based search engines, it’s sure to be an adventure if we put in our query.

Keywords are essentially the heart of any article that a blogger uses to drive a whole lot of traffic to his or her website. The right keywords can land you on the front page of a lot of search engines. The front page means thousands, even millions of traffic to your website.

Take for example this article that is written in our blog, prochef360 blog. The article linked is called “How to Ripen Avocado” on our how to section of the site. It was written as a straight forward how to article, but it is very popular in our site. The popularity is due to search engine indexing.

Link backs to your website usually is the lifeblood of your popularity in the Internet. This is how Google calculates page ranking for your site. It’s great that Google as the final arbiter of page rank has decided to rank an avocado article very high. it sounds ridiculous, but that is just how these things work.

The truth is there are variances that people use to find things on the web. One can search for ripen avocado, how to ripen avocado, or just plain avocado. Heck, you can even search for how to cut avocado and you might end up with the same article mentioned above.

A lot of people use variances in keywords like how to ripen an avocado, singular on the avocado. Some people search for how to ripen avocados fast, as if they can’t wait to feast on the avocado. It’s obvious that avocado is really tasty and popular this season because people have been searching for how to ripen avocados quickly, or how to ripen an avocado quickly. Seriously people, there are other fruits you can eat while waiting for your avocado to quickly ripen. Now, I don’t know if un-ripen avocado is toxic. Maybe it is, maybe it’s not. The best way for you to get a ripe avocado quickly is to seriously check out our how to guide on how to quickly ripen avocados. All you need for avocado ripening is aluminum foil and some other household items you can find quickly. To ripen avocados quickly, it is easy to use such methods as putting avocado in the oven. I can’t explain a lot that the how to guide has not explained thoroughly.

That is how keywords and avocado work.

Keywords are really great at drawing traffic depending on the uniqueness of the key words. Apparently, nobody has written much how to articles about avocado. I think it might be wise to write about ripening avocado or just launch a niche site about cutting and ripening avocado. That sounds hilarious but it could work with the way keywords are becoming a currency in page ranking.

So what do you think should we name our avocado blog? No, just kidding. There might not be enough material to sustain a blog about avocados, but it is a funny thought. Imagine a blog with a flood of keywords about avocado ripening quickly.
