- Keep yourself busy. It is easier to deal with depression if you do not dwell on it. Keep yourself busy. Try to do things even if you do not feel like doing them. Of course, make sure that you do things that you will not make you miserable.
There are many ways to cope with depression, but you need to want to feel better in order to start recovering from whatever it is that it pulling you down.
