Being fit is everyone’s dream, especially women. Some prefer going on a food diet while others go to the gym to make their bodies fit and healthy. Others still are taking essential medicines. There are a lot of things we can do for our bodies to get in shape.

Here are ten keys for a more fit body:

  • Clean your house at least once a week.

Many of us are lazy to clean our own houses not knowing that it is one form of keeping our bodies fit. Besides clean surroundings promote health. Choose the right tools, considering their efficiency to clean and the physicality of using them, turning cleaning into an exercise.

  • Sing and as loud as you can.

Singing obliges you to breathe deeply and it exercises your abdominal muscles and diaphragm. Sing whenever, maybe while taking a bath in the shower, while dressing for work or maybe while walking in your place.

  • Use the stairs rather than the elevator or escalator.

Some of us work in building with many floors. Walking on the stairs is a form of exercise Just be sure to stop when you are too tired and do not force yourself because it would be more detrimental than advantageous.

  • Exercise first thing in the morning.

You can have bed exercises. Try stretching your arms in different directions. You can also bend and reach for your toes to exercise your abdominal muscles. You can also do sit-ups or push-ups.

  • If you need to go somewhere near, just use the bicycle.

Biking is one of the best forms of exercise. It is better to use a bicycle than a car when you are going somewhere near. Besides, you will not consume fuel and will not get hassled by heavy traffic. You can even easily get to the place you want to go.

  • Walk often

Take your chance to walk more often. Choose to park far from the main entrance so you could have a little walk. Walk during commercial breaks while watching T.V. You can also walk back and forth while brushing your teeth or while talking on the telephone.

  • Walk faster.

Walking quickly is much better than simply walking. It can burn your calories and can also save time going to your place of destination. It is also a big help when we are on our jobs. Our boss will be impressed if we walk fast because we can do more tasks.

  • Listen to new wave, hip-hop, or disco music instead of slow music.

Listening to disco music makes our body move, sometimes instinctively, and so it helps us to be fit. Even a simple tapping of our foot and movement of our heads while listening to a fast music can actually be considered exercise. The music also relaxes us.

  • Instead of using machines just use free weights.

The instability of free weights makes constant adjustments in the movements of the muscles and positions, which gives us a better workout. If you like to workout at home, it is best to use free weights rather than a machine because it is less expensive, consumes less space and you can do a variety of workouts.

  • Have sex more often with your spouse and do most of the work.

You can have more sex with your spouse. It is a form of exercise. Not only can it make your bodies fit, it can also help your relationship.

By following these ten keys to become fit, you can have a sexy body and, better yet, a healthier one.
