Hello, I am very pleased to welcome you here today.

As you will observe chef 21 is unquestionably developing at a rapid pace.

You will identify that the blog has many additional categories and features. I am not going to list them all here; I encourage you to take a browse through.

The following are a couple of the key categories/ features:

Recipe Vault - This is where you will find selected recipes that chefs from within the network have submitted. They are assured to work and the chefs themselves 100% stand by them.

If you would like to submit recipes for submission please send the recipe along with a picture of the dish. I will take a look and process the submission accordingly. Please send the relevant details to matthew@prochef360.com.

Picture Gallery - This is the place whereby you can have your own folder created to house your culinary imagery. Please send your food photos to pc360photogallery@gmail.com. It is the ideal way for you to establish your very own food image gallery.

To ensure speedy submissions, please be sure to include the name of the dish along with the name of the chef that created the dish.

Take a good look around; I am still working very closely with the webmaster ironing out the last few glitches.

Over the coming weeks I will be adding further categories/ features to the blog. I have a number of additional surprises up my sleeve.

In fact, give me a day or two and the positions wanted and positions vacant sections will become a category within itself.

The training resources has not been forgotten, stay tuned, I can assure you that it will become a major component in the 4^th quarter of ’08.
